Important Notes

• A deposit of THB 15,000 is required per individual booking as guarantee for the reservation. Reservations not accompanied by a deposit will not be processed
• Rates are quoted in Thailand baht(THB), per room, per night, and include breakfast
• All rates are subject to taxes in place at the time of the conference (currently 10% Service Charge and 7% VAT)
• Guests are responsible for final bill minus deposit upon check-out (room nights, taxes and all incidentals)
• Check in: 14:00 hrs and Checkout: 12:00 hrs
• Up to the point of guest check-in to the hotel, all reservations, changes, additions, and cancellation must be made in writing to
• All credit card charges will be processed in Thailand Baht – the equivalent exchange rate will be processes by your bank and will appear on your credit card statement.

Terms of Payment

• A guarantee deposit of THB 15,000 per individual booking is required to guarantee the reservation. The deposit payment must be received in order for the Individual Hotel Reservation Request Form to be processed. No rooms will be held or confirmed until this payment is received. Cancellation/Reduction: reservations may be changed (subject to availability) and/or cancelled without penalty up to Sep 30, 2008. After this date, cancellations will be subject to a THB 15,000. Cancellation Policy
• Up to 10 weeks prior to arrival will forfeit the THB 15,000 deposit
• Up to 8 weeks prior to arrival 50 % of total cost of room nights reserved will be charged.
• Up to 4 weeks prior to arrival 75 % of total cost of room nights reserved will be charged.
• Up to 2 weeks prior to arrival 75 % of total cost of room nights reserved will be charged.
